Membership Cancellation Request Form
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your plan's next recharge date. Doing this will help to prevent further charges from being posted to the credit card account on file.
Please allow 2-3 business days for membership cancellations to be processed once you've submitted your request. Check with your financial institution to verify your recurring membership's recharge day of the month to properly time your cancellation.
You can also cancel via the Online Portal by clicking MANAGE MY PLAN. Please be sure to cancel at least 5 days prior to your plan's next recharge date to avoid further charges.
PLEASE NOTE: No full or partial month(s) refunds will be issued for membership cancellations. You may continue to use your cancelled membership until the last day of your billing cycle.
