• • What is the Unlimited Wash Club?

  • The Unlimited Wash Club is a membership service that allows members to wash their vehicle every day (weather permitting) for one low monthly charge.

  • How often can I wash my vehicle with an unlimited membership?

  • You can wash your vehicle once per day that Flagship facilities are open.

  • How much does it cost to join?

  • We offer various membership packages for all budgets and needs. Visit Unlimited Car Washes for membership package details & pricing.

  • Are there long-term contracts when I join?

  • There are no long term contracts or cancellation fees.

  • Will my credit/debit card be charged monthly?

  • Yes. Your card will be auto-charged monthly on the same day of the month that you signed up. Example: You sign up on March 5th. Your card will be charged on the 5th of the month each month thereafter that your membership is active.

  • Can I use my membership for multiple vehicles?

  • No. Membership plans are activated for each vehicle and must be enrolled individually. Upon enrollment, each vehicle will receive a unique membership identification barcode.

  • What if I sell my car?

  • You can transfer your Unlimited Wash Plan to another vehicle by stopping by any Flagship Carwash location. An attendant will deactivate the old barcode and provide a new barcode sticker to adhere to your vehicle.

  • How do I cancel or change my membership?

  • Click MANAGE MY PLAN to change or cancel an unlimited membership. Or, CLICK HERE to submit a cancellation request form.

    IMPORTANT: Membership plans must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to your plan’s next recharge date to avoid further charges. No full or partial month(s) refunds will be issued for membership cancellations. You may continue to use your cancelled membership until the last day of your billing cycle.

    No full or partial month(s) refunds will be issued for membership cancellations. All cancellations must be received 5 days prior to your plan’s monthly recharge date to prevent the next charge from posting. You may continue to use your cancelled membership until the last day of your billing cycle.

Terms of Service


1. Valid only at participating Flagship Carwash locations.
2. Valid for specified program services only. See program brochure for details. Additional charges may apply for other services.
3. Valid for one car wash per day for registered vehicle only.
4. Unlimited pass sticker for program must be on registered vehicles.
5. Unlimited pass sticker cannot be placed behind tinted windshield glass or any other product that limits or restricts viewing of the sticker by Flagship attendant. Vehicles with tinted front windshields are not eligible for program.
6. Valid credit/debit card required to participate in program. Monthly program fee will be automatically charged to customer’s Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card each month.
7. The first charge to the customer will be on the date customer joins the program and recurring charges will be charged on the anniversary date each month thereafter.
8. In the event that you wish to cancel the program, click MANAGE MY PLAN to change or cancel an unlimited membership.
   
   IMPORTANT: All cancellations must be received 5 days prior to your plan's monthly recharge date to prevent the next charge from posting. No full or partial month(s) refunds will be issued for membership cancellations. You may continue to use your cancelled membership until the last day of your billing cycle.
9. In the event Flagship is unable to charge a customer’s credit/debit card for any reason, the membership will be suspended and the barcode will be deactivated after the unsuccessful charge attempt.
10. Replacement Barcode: Customer must notify Flagship Carwash if registered vehicle’s sticker becomes damaged, is no longer visible, the vehicle is sold, or the windshield is replaced. Customer’s exclusive barcode identification number will be deactivated and a new barcode sticker will be issued upon replacement at any Flagship Carwash location.
11. Vehicles must conform to Flagship Carwash requirements. Modifications to an existing vehicle that are outside of Flagship's requirements may result in program termination. Please see location manager for details.
12. Stickers remain the exclusive property of Flagship Carwash and must be surrendered upon request. In the event that windshield sticker is tampered with or the program is used in any way outside of these terms and conditions, program participation will be immediately terminated without refunds.
13. Upgrades to additional services or packages can be added by payment of the difference between the current member's selected membership price and the additional service/package requested.
14. Click MANAGE MY PLAN to upgrade or change an unlimited membership.
15. Coupons or special offers may not be combined with any unlimited membership at any time.
16. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
    
    Discounted Introductory Period
    
    If a discounted, introductory or promotional offer period is available under the membership plan purchased it will be specified at the time of purchase. The availability, duration, and any other terms for the introductory or promotional offer period may vary as determined by us at our sole discretion. At the expiration of any discounted introductory or promotional offer period, we will charge the then-current regular price for your chosen membership plan on your next billing cycle to your payment method and your membership will automatically renew at such then-current regular price unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the discounted introductory or promotional offer period. If we determine that you are not eligible for the introductory or promotional discount, we reserve the right to revoke your discounted introductory or period and charge you the then-current regular price for the plan you selected and/or put your membership plan on hold or inactive status.
17. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
18. Flagship Carwash reserves the right to terminate any unlimited plans, wash packages, programs or promotions at any time, without notice.
19. No refunds for closures due to weather or equipment maintenance.
